A breve inizieremo un percorso di certificazione per la parità di genere, secondo la UNI PdR:125.
La prassi fornisce alle aziende gli strumenti per l’implementazione di un sistema di gestione, certificabile da enti di terza parte, volto a favorire la riduzione delle differenze di genere nelle organizzazioni
Per questo abbiamo introdotto in azienda un sistema di gestione per la parità di genere che mira a supportare l’empowerment femminile all’interno dei percorsi di crescita aziendale e nello stesso tempo evitare stereotipi, discriminazioni e promuovere una cultura aziendale sempre più inclusiva.

The practice provides companies with the tools for the implementation of a management system, certifiable by third-party bodies, aimed at encouraging the reduction of gender differences in organizations
For this reason we have introduced a management system for gender equality in the company which aims to support female empowerment within company growth paths and at the same time avoid stereotypes, discrimination and promote an increasingly inclusive company culture.
